My train from Monte Carlo was at 10:08am. There was a bus stop right outside of the Airbnb but the bus didn’t stop and I didn’t want to spend another £25 to go a little over a mile. I ended up deciding to walk.
After multiple walking breaks and rolling all of my luggage down the winding streets of Monte Carlo, I finally made it to the train station.
I slept for the majority of the trip and when I arrived in Milan, ended up having to carry my luggage up multiple flights of steps out of the train station. I decided I was buying an additional set of luggage before leaving. I refused to carry around multiple small bags and extra jackets laid over my suitcase.
I checked into the hostel and took a quick nap before heading out to grab something to eat. Afterwards, I went back to the room and watched a bit of Netflix before going to bed early.
