I got up at around 1pm and headed to the restaurant miscusi Cinque Giornate which was near the hostel I was staying at. I ordered pasta with a mushroom cream sauce which was delicious.
After eating, I walked over to a bag store and ended up purchasing a black duffel bag. It was a bit pricey but great quality and something that I plan to use for future weekend trips. I went back to the hostel and immediately put everything from my ripped Zara bag into the duffel and it all fit perfectly.
Next, I hopped on the bus and headed to Sforzesco Castle and walked around. I got some berry gelato at a small food truck and soaked in the sun at a park nearby.
I decided to walk over to the Columns of St. Lawrence and the Niviglio Grande Canal. I got a crepe on my way over and walked over to a bridge over the water as the sun was setting.
Since it was getting cold, I decided to head back to the hostel. Across from the bus stop was a grocery store so I grabbed a few items before hopping on the bus back.
I took a quick nap before starting work for the evening.
