Check out at the hostel wasn’t until noon, so I was able to sleep a bit longer than usual on a travel day. I left at around 11:30am and headed to the train station. My train to Amsterdam was at 12:34pm.
The trip was around 6.5 hours and luckily it was nonstop. I grabbed some food from the train and took a nap for part of the ride.
We arrived in Amsterdam at 7pm and the hostel was a short, 5 minute walk away. After checking in, I dropped off my luggage and headed out to find some food.
I ended up grabbing some lentil soup and made a drop at the grocery store on the way back to the hostel. After eating and getting my things all situated, I was ready to start work.
